In response to considerable criticism, the Supreme Court has produced a “Code of Conduct” (download PDF).

Dr. Gordon Haist will open the session reviewing the issue and context for discussing our question:

Should the Supreme Court have a code of ethics that holds its justices accountable?

Gordon and Paul Weismantel will then present short Pro and Con Arguments and open the floor to our discussion.
